So, I know I have not written in awhile. Sorry. I did my 4th baby dedication today. Little Riley Joel was dedicated. Brandon & Sara's friends and family were all in church to share in the event.
Tomorrow is Monday and a new work week begins out in Minnetrista. I am adding an access way/hallway to a recreation room. The client is pleased with the look and progress of the work so they are wanting me to make the recreation room into a secondary family room complete with hardwood floors and a bar, and build a new recreation room for their treadmills etc somewhere else in the house. I'll be working on some plans for it on Tuesday I think.

Do you do all that remodeling by yourself? That is a very nice project and a wonderful vote of confidence from the homeowner. Nice work.
Thanks for your comment Maxima! I do most of the work myself. However, it depends on the size of the project and budget of course. This current project is a one man job except for the drywalling.
