I didn't sleep very well last night. I kept waking up every 10 or 20 minutes or so with a sensation that something small was biting my back. At 3 o'clock in the morning I had had enough. I got up to see if the bathroom mirror would confirm my suspicions. To my relief there were no chunks of flesh missing, however there were red spots where I had relentlessly been scratching all over my back. I searched my t-shirt in hope of finding the little bug or spider but found nothing. This could only mean that what ever was biting me was still in bed... I came back to bed determined to find what was eating my back but found nothing. A few moments of tossing and turning later I felt the sensation again! Because I was awake with presence of mind I forced myself to lay still so I could pinpoint exactly where my back was being attacked. A ha! I got my hand on it and it was...half of a bent guitar string! I remember before going to bed that night I had changed the steel strings on my guitar and I had accidentally left part of a string (they are hard to see) and it was piercing my skin every time I moved.
My wife is so understanding! She laughs at my stories even when I have to wake her up to tell them.

Jo! You are SOOO mean! Why do you wake her up to tell her that! Can´t you wait until the morning? You are mean!
I concur! It never fails, though. I guess I either have to be VERY irritated or just laugh at his antics. It was pretty funny last night. You know how he gets when he panics...he was panicked and he just had to tell me!

Hey guys. Did you get the e-mail from me last week? About the "flyttintyg" or proof of relocating. It is really important that the church here gets it soon! Thanks for helping us with that!!!
If you were still living at your old place I'd have thought that your landlord's horror dog probably had shared her flees with you. Be happy it was just a piece of a string!!! When it comes to washing your work clothes... Put them in a duvet sheet (pÄslakan) and tie it with a cotton thread, that way nothing will slip out! It may be worth a try!
or even better: tie the duvetsheet with a guitarstring and be sure not to put nails in there. For a moment in your story I thougt your washingmachine had gone haunting your bed with nails. You´r so funny Jonas!

And I would wake up my wife too. It is important to take care of her and help her look in her bed too. Who knows, nail....I mean strings (those for guitars) can hurt.

I would have made her sleep on the side of the biting guitar string.
@Jason: Now THAT'S mean! Although, I was pretty tempted to put it back that same night!
@Em: ;-)
@Mir: J will send you the letter. He said he would do it today.
