As many of you know I just submitted a proposal to a potential client for a major overhaul of two bathrooms, replacement of an exterior door and 4 windows. I know I priced myself significantly under our market here in Mpls (at least according to http://www.remodeling.hw.net but I did not get the bid. Someone bid to do the job for half the amount I would! I have feverishly gone through the numbers and realized that whoever bid that low must not need food, shelter or most importantly in my line of work, insurance. Anyhow I guess I just have to keep plowing on or as Prince or I mean Queens put it, "the show must go on..."
